Part-time or Freelance Permanent Position
Looking for something to really sink your teeth
into?
If so, we’re looking for you to join our rapidly
expanding team.
As the producer of a range of new training
courses, you will work closely with our editors, content experts
and CEO to determine what the hot topics are, based on customer
research. You will research the market and discuss ideas for
training courses with customers and then source the right
trainers to shape the course programme. You will work closely
with our Head of Events to find venues and to organise the
logistics for the course and with our in-house team to create
the marketing and sales materials to promote the course.
Melcrum already have a small but growing training
division that works closely with our research, publishing and
conference teams in the fields of internal communication.
Our goal is to create a range of one-day skills
courses that repeats throughout the year in the UK. Melcrum also
has offices in Chicago and Sydney, so there is potential to run
these skills courses in North American and Australia with local
trainers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a
similar role producing events or training courses, be
commercially minded with excellent written and verbal
communication and be committed to delivering a quality training
product and customer experience, to maintain the high standards
of training our customers have come to expect.
You will also have the opportunity to produce
conferences and annual events held in Europe, North American and
Australia.
