Scenex Sets & Staging Ltd, based in Leicester just off junction 21
of the M1, specialise in providing a high quality, complete service from
initial design to construction and logistical on-site production build,
in any venue throughout the world. Established for over ten years, we
have gained an excellent reputation in our field for providing the
highest quality, high profile sets. We have a wide range of clients that
include Jaguar Cars, Land Rover, O2, Royal Mail, Diageo, Aston Martin,
Honda, Innocent and Boots.
To
maintain and develop our growth, we are looking to recruit a Project
Manager to join our busy but friendly team.
The
ideal candidate will have had at least two years experience in the
Conference and Corporate Events Industry. Events are UK and European
based so you will need to be flexible to travel. You will be literate in
CAD and have a working understanding of set design and a
knowledge/experience of wood and metal construction. You will be able to
see a project through from client liaison/costings to project design to
workshop build to site, whilst managing employees and freelancers. You
will also liaise with suppliers.
The
ability to stay calm under pressure and sense of humour is essential!
