This is a crucial role, playing an
integral part in the success of the business. You’ll be a key driver in
providing comprehensive training support and delivery service throughout
the group. You’ll help drive forward the HR strategy, promoting learning
and development alongside the HR Manager.
Responsibilities include managing the
administration of both internal and external training programmes,
conducting internal training workshops as well as evaluating the
training itself. In addition you’ll be required to attend a number of
international events each year in order to review adherence to Standard
Operating Procedures, identifying improvements which can be made to
quality and service levels.
Ideally candidates must have prior
experience of administering a comprehensive training programme and have
a good understanding, as well as being able to manage, the evaluation
process. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is
essential. Knowledge of the events industry is essential, as is the
ability to liaise confidently at all levels. You’ll also be
a strong communicator with the ability to influence others.
