Terms of Acceptance

1. Whilst we shall use our best endeavours on behalf of registered candidates, Anne Ellington Associates in no way guarantees that registration on JobsinEvents® , will result in the candidate finding a suitable position
2. In the event that a candidate is considered by AEA to be unsuited to the Events Industry by way of experience, qualifications etc, AEA shall at their absolute discretion decline to publish the candidates details and delete them from the database. In such event, AEA shall notify the candidate of their decision which shall be final
3. Completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance by AEA who in their absolute discretion have the right to veto registrations.
4. No charge is made to candidates for any services offered by AEA, other than provided for under item 6 below.
5. AEA reserve the right to moderate all applications to ensure their compliance with legal requirements, Material of an immoral, racist, anti-religious, political nature or any other illegal information prohibited by law shall be removed from the site and the password of the offending candidate(s) cancelled forthwith.
6. Candidates are provided with access to their record with the express purpose of updating the information. The shall not under any circumstances solicit a direct approach from employers using the JobsinEvents® web site unless they have paid the relevant advertising fee. Any candidate publishing his/her contact details or indicating a means of contact will be immediately removed from the database and their password cancelled.
7. AEA intend but do not guarantee to publish all suitable resumés to their web site within 24 hours of receipt.
